The Eagle Cottage is located only steps from the water and has unobstructed views of Porpoise Bay from the living room, loft and private deck. This two bedroom cabin also has a large unfurnished loft provides extra space for families, and can sleep up to 4 little people with sleeping bags. All cottages are available for nightly rental but weekends require 2 night minimum stays (Thurs-Fri, Fri-Sat, or Sat-Sun).

booking & cancellation policies:

Check-in after 3 pm, Check-out 11am.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation you will not be charged if you provided 21 days written notice. For less than 21 days, the charge is 50% of the booked rate, but you will be charged the full amount for less than 48 hours notice.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in the cottages at any time. Smoking on the outdoor patio and along the waterfront is permitted. Guests who smoke are expected to be responsible when discarding their butts in the containers provided.

Parking Policy: Guests are welcome to park in the parking lot at the entrance to the property. One car or passenger truck per cottage is permitted unless prior arrangements are made. Trailers, campers, RV’s, or larger vehicles may be accommodated by making prior arrangements.

Use of the Property: The cottages are located on a beautiful waterfront property which includes another cottage, a kayak rental operation, a dock, and a private home. Each cottage and deck are for the exclusive use of the registered guests. To ensure comfort, security, and enjoyment for all guests and residents we have established common areas for use by all:

• The barbeque deck is a common area. The BBQ should be cleaned after each use to allow other guests to use the BBQ.
• The waterfront firepit is a common area all guests are welcome to enjoy. Never leave a fire unattended. Use the bucket and hose provided to ensure the fire is out before returning to your cottage.
• The dock is a common area, but available only to those guests who register a boat upon booking.
• Sorry, no pets allowed.

Late Night Noise: After 10 pm guests are asked to be sensitive to other guests and residents in the area.
